Discovering Our Cat Herder Admin: Activity Log ​

What's Covered ​

This video walks through the Activity Log in Our Cat Herder, accessible from the left menu for Admin users.

  • Default View — when first loaded, the activity log shows up to several months of recent activity
  • Filtering — use the filter to set a specific start date and end date, then click Apply Filters to narrow results to a specific period. You can also filter by user or search by text.
  • What's Tracked — the activity log records events such as deletions, minutes sign-offs, login events, unlock requests, and more (see full list below)
  • Per-Member Activity — as an Admin, you can also view the last 90 days of activity for a specific member on their profile page in the Members section
  • Document Retrieval — if a document was accidentally deleted, the activity log can help identify when it happened. Retrieval may be possible depending on how recently the deletion occurred.
