Meetings & Agendas

Members

  • Update a Member's Name — Members must update their own name through their My Details / My Profile area. Admins cannot change it for them.
  • Re-add a Removed Member — Add them again using their email address. No new account creation is needed.

Documents

  • Fix File Upload Issues — If uploads fail, copy the file to your Desktop first. Files on network drives or cloud-only locations cannot be uploaded directly.
  • Save an Email as PDF for Upload — Email files (.eml, .msg) are not supported. Save the email as a PDF first using your email app's print or save function.
