May 2026
New Features
- User Groups — create groups of users and assign the group (rather than individuals) to meetings, agenda items and sub-items, discussions, decisions (as voters or viewers), folders, registers and actions.
- Group membership sync — adding someone to a group automatically grants them the group's resources, and updating a group's role updates its members' roles in meetings. Users granted access via a group can't be removed individually (they would be re-added on the next sync); access modals make this clear and lock those entries.
- Combined access notification — a single email tells users which resources they've been given access to
- Filter by user group — list pages can be filtered by user group, and actions exports gain an "Include groups" column toggle.
- Register column sorting — sort entries by column, with a dedicated sort configuration per register.
- Register column widths — resize columns, with a reset option (hidden from view-only users).
- New register column type — multi-select options.
- Move or convert actions — move an action to another meeting, or convert it to a standalone action.
- Documents move/reorder — folder creators can now move and reorder their folders and contents.
Minor Updates
- "Register Groups" renamed to Categories to avoid confusion with User Groups.
- Multi-user register columns now use a clear checkbox picker, and editing an entry pre-ticks the users already selected.
- User names now appear properly in register CSV and PDF exports.
- Register table headers follow your portal's customisation colours.
- Register template file-attachment columns migrated to the document-attachment column type.
- Creating an action now requires at least one named assignee, even when a group is also set.
- The filters section has been removed from the actions table for a cleaner layout.
- Action details can be copied from tooltips on the actions table.
- Presenter bar improvements in meetings.
- The meeting invite modal pre-populates group roles when groups are already assigned.

- Fixed the agenda item list in the register export modal.

April 2026
New Features
- Document version history — view file details, and download, restore or copy any previous version of a stored document. The folder owner is now shown in the Documents view.
- Custom PDF format per register — choose the page layout (A4 Portrait by default) when setting up or editing a register.
- Register form-submission notifications — admins receive an email when a form is submitted.
- Tables in the rich text editor — insert and manage tables and cells anywhere the rich text editor is used.
- Decision creation parity — anyone able to create a meeting on a portal can now also create a decision.
.xlsband.dotxfile uploads — both file types are accepted (.dotxis stored as-is but skipped from the PDF/processing pipelines).- New audit-log event types — document/folder downloads, meeting/agenda/pack opens, MFA disable events, and action moves now appear in the activity log.
Minor Updates
- Any meeting invitee can attach files (they still cannot edit the meeting).
- "Revert" replaces "Delete" in Minute Taker for clearer wording.
- Left and right panes in minute-taker mode now stay in sync as you navigate.
- Updated register PDF formatting.
- Mobile improvements — meeting list, modals, "Add Attachment", filter inputs and overall page layouts now display correctly on small screens.
- Consistent page margins across the app.
- Updated table styling.
Bug Fixes
.PDF(uppercase) files now open in the viewer as expected (previously showed "Download Required").- Decisions invisible in meeting PDF when the agenda item had no sub-item — now visible.
- Meeting template drag-and-drop — the last item with sub-items can now be moved up.
- Breadcrumb on the meeting detail page now displays correctly.
- Agenda lists — fixed list formatting in agenda output.
- "No agenda items" message no longer shows twice in Agenda Builder mode.
- Discussion group documents are indexed under the correct folder for search.
- Search results page — corrected layout.
- Empty register form submissions are no longer accepted.
- URL validation — invalid URLs entered in registers are now caught.
- Percentage validation in registers — values are validated correctly.
- Priority field in registers — fixed.
- Duplicate name errors — clearer messaging.
- File linking in minute taking — register entries now link properly to files.
- Custom template — can now be deleted.
