How To: Meetings
Short, task-focused guides for common meeting tasks in Our Cat Herder.
- Edit a Meeting — Change the date, time, location, or other details of a meeting.
- Delete a Meeting — Remove a meeting that was created in error or is no longer needed.
- Distribute Your Agenda to Attendees — Use the Discussion tab to notify all attendees that meeting papers are ready.
- Delete an Attachment from a Meeting Agenda — Remove or replace attachments in the agenda builder.
- Add Non-Numbered Agenda Items like Breaks or Lunch — Tick "Skip Numeration" when editing an agenda item.
- Notify Members About Updated Meeting Papers — Use the Discussion tab to post a comment, which sends a notification to all attendees.
- Grant Minute Taker Access to Staff Members — Invite a Staff member to a meeting and set them as Minute Taker.
- Get Attachments onto the Agenda from Other Contributors — Two options: contributors create a Meeting Paper or are set as Minute Taker to be able to add attachments to agenda items, or upload to Documents and the minute taker attaches via Choose Internal File.
