Discovering Our Cat Herder Admin: Reports

What's Covered

This video walks through the Reports section of Our Cat Herder, accessible from the left menu for Admin users.

• Available Reports — Reports is a relatively new area, with more report types coming soon. Currently available:

  • Member Meeting Attendance — generate an individual attendance report for any portal member

• Coming Soon — Member Terms, Audit Logs & Access Reports, and others

• Generating a Report:

  1. Click into the report type (e.g. Member Meeting Attendance)
  2. Select the user you want to report on
  3. Set a start date and end date for the reporting period
  4. Click Generate Report

• Report Output (Meeting Attendance) — results are broken down by year and month, showing:

  • Total meetings listed
  • Meetings attended
  • Meetings declined
  • Meetings not invited to

  Other report types will have their own relevant output fields.

• Filtering — filter results by attendance status (e.g. show only attended and declined) for a more focused view

• Exporting — export the report as PDF (for a formal record) or CSV (for further analysis)
