- Move Actions - reorganise action items between items and sub items in meeting minutes
- Decision Comments - members can now discuss a decision with decision comments.

- New PDF Viewer that supports external comments and annotations made outside OCH.

- Disable Documents Download was inverted on some portals.

- Fixed multiple file selection for sub-agenda items (now properly allows batch uploads)
- Duplicate comments in Actions CSV export.
- Actions Export PDF uses new styling and portal branding

September 2025
New Features
- Admin users can view who is subscribed (or not) to notifications for a discussion thread
- Send Me A Copy option added to notifications in discussions and meetings notifications
- Export Actions direct to Meeting Agenda Items (no download and re-upload necessary)

- Copy Link to Document button added for Admin users

Version 2.0 of Our Cat Herder is now available to all users.

- Clock at top of minute taker
- Toggle to auto insert time spent on an item into end of that item
Any member invited as minute taker or attendee to a meeting can create a background paper (not viewers though)
Background Paper creators can now edit their own papers.
