Send to Meeting Chair¶
The Send To Meeting Chair button on the Edit Meeting Minutes page triggers a workflow that allows the meeting chair to sign off the minutes for the meeting.
Send to Meeting Chair Workflow¶
When the Send To Meeting Chair button is clicked Our Cat Herder will send an email notification to the member designated as the meeting chair (set in the meeting details) asking that member to review the minutes for the meeting.
If the minutes do not require furthers changes then the meeting chair can click the Sign Off & Publish button to sign off the minutes.
When the meeting chair clicks the the Sign Off & Publish button the following will occur:
- The minutes are locked and can no longer be edited by anyone.
- The members attending the meeting receive a notification that the finalised minutes are viewable.
- The final set of documentation for the meeting is pushed to the Meetings Archive in Documents.
