Issues with Minutes Display in PDF

If you have copied and pasted your minutes information from another program then you might have strange things happen to your minutes. Issues we have seen include extra characters appearing, words not displaying in the PDF and odd font sizes.

If this is the case you can use the cleaner tool to remove these issues.

We highly recommend you double check the Minutes PDF before you allow your meeting chairperson to sign-off the minutes, as the sign-off process locks editing of minutes.
